Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Non-habit forming....
We all go through various situations which put us to the test. When traveling, I won't leave the house without these pills and Bach Original Flower Essences Rescue Remedy.

You can also keep these in your purse for when your friends and family are going through stressful times. Here, take a few of these. These are safe for children and you only need 1-3 tablets for the temporary treatment of nervous tension and insomnia.

Non-habit forming. You only have to take these when
you can't sleep.

100 tablets.

While these are calming - Try Valerian to really knock yourself out. Sleepytime Extra tea has Valerian.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - You know, this product does nothing.
I qoth the above commentor:

"A note: you have to stop drinking caffiene a few hours before bed."

That alone is an extremly effective sleep aid. Most casual sleep problems are directly caused by caffeine.

The product, you will note, has no active ingredients, and is little more than a sugar pill. I would label its effectiveness as little more than a placebo effect.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - I;m not sure I'd say they won't give you a hangover...
I love Calms Forte. I admit it.

For me, it gives me the manic giggles, and then... BAM, I need sleep. Aside from enjoying the giggle-fest, I like knowing they are all natural & non habit forming. They are great for nights where you can't sleep, as you will want to sleep within 30 minutes.

Occassionally, they have given me a slight headache if I try to wake up before getting 7-8 of sleep in... So, make sure you get your sleep.

A note: you have to stop drinking caffiene a few hours before bed.

DAYTON, Ohio (Reuters) - Republican John McCain made a surprise choice of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin as his running mate on Friday, adding a political unknown to the presidential ticket who could help him appeal to women voters.

Ted Shelton: "Frankly I felt that BlogOn was a waste of time and money."

I think the BlogOn conference was overproduced. In the name of professionalism the organizing firm turned off potential speakers, oversubscribed sponsors, etc.

I would have liked a debatable topic (aside from *blogging = journalism*. Two people slugging it out. Or a devil's advocate taking challenges from the floor.

I would have liked more hard numbers. Facts. Charts. Diagrams. We have the analytic tools to BS-check them; harder on vague opinions and single-points-of-observation.

I found it disturbing how much money was being commanded (from both attendees and sponsors) for a conference at a university. Maybe it was because it was at Berkeley? Maybe we should have taken over a community college or a Cal State or a DeVry. The facilities costs would have been cheaper at least. I heard an organizer apologize and say the next one would be at a hotel, like that would have been better.

Cost wasn't the whole problem. We're at a stage where early adopters are meeting folks who want to leap the chasm. Huge gaps in knowledge, experience, context, culture, vocabulary. It's the gap.

There are huge ideas to be explored, even in the world of applying blogs to media strategy and the enterprise. And most of the big ideas weren't even on the agenda at BlogOn. Probably because it was catering to those who want to commercialize, fund, and otherwise exploit (excuse me, "get in on") the emerging medium.

Let's fork these conferences so advanced topics on business and technology and culture fit the participants.
