Very nice
I really like my new nose hair trimmer. It is much more compact than my last battery operated trimmer and has a quality feel to it.
Trimming my nose hair is a breeze and so far I haven't yanked out any hairs like I am used to with my old trimmer.
Customer service was great. I had a slight problem with my local post office and PHR took care of it immediately.
My only complaint would be that I would really like to see a carrying case. I find that I have started taking my Platinum XL with me when I go out or go to work just in case I need to take care of a nose hair that I missed at home and it would be nice to have a small leather case to put it in. To be fair, it does come in a plastic storage tube which is OK but for something this nice a better case would be great.
Otherwise, I really like this trimmer and I am happy with PHR Systems.

Exactly what I was looking for!
The Platinum XL nose hair trimmer was recommended to me by a friend and after doing my own research I decided to purchase one. It is an elegant solution to a tedious grooming task that I never look forward to. After a couple of uses I have become quite adept at using it and still have not pulled out any hairs or caused any blood loss.
I expect this tool to last a long time based on the quality build and the company was great at getting it to me very quickly and at no charge for shipping even to Canada.
I recommend it highly and cheers!

Works great!
Ok, so it's not as great as listed in "Product Features" because it did pull *one* nose hair the first time I used it.
However, I still give it a five start rating because it works just amazingly well. It's easy, fast, and (mostly) painless to use. It's a little bit of a pain to clean hair and other stuff from the center, but one end of some tweezers will knock things loose.
I feel I've gotten my money's worth, and that's always a great feeling when you've taken a risk on something making high claims on the Internet.

Hairless once again
I just received this new nose hair trimmer the other day after retiring my old Sharper Image trimmer that finally died. I have to say that the Platinum XL is so different than the SI trimmer that I almost didn't think that it was actually a nose hair trimmer. But, it does a much better job than the old trimmer ever did and there is no annoying noise (no motor) and no hair pulling like my old trimmer was guilty of.
Nice solid construction, lifetime warranty and easy to use. A good find on Amazon.

Great product and even better customer service
PHR Systems has the best customer service of any company that I have done business with online. I purchased a couple of items through their store on Amazon.com and had them delivered to my default address which Amazon has on file for me. I realized a day later that I had used the incorrect address (my fault) and quickly contacted PHR. Well, it turns out that they shipped my order the same day that I placed it and they used the wrong address (again, my fault). Without any hesitation on their part they used the new address that I provided to them and even shipped my order to me via priority mail. I received my order 4 full days before the earliest date that Amazon provided to me! Absolutely incredible. I am not even sure if they ever got the first shipment back or not! This is exactly how customer service used to be in the old days and should be now... 5 STARS!
And now for the trimmer. I wasn't sure what to expect as far as my new Platinum XL trimmer was concerned but based on lots of research and reviews that I have read here I thought that for less than $20 and free delivery that I wasn't going to go wrong. And boy, was I right.
This little trimmer does a wonderful job of very easily trimming unwanted hair. I read a couple of reviews that complained that it doesn't trim the hairs short enough but according to everything that I have read you really do need to have nose hair to keep foreign matter from getting into your breathing passage and lungs. I found that with a little practive I was able to trim my nostril hairs as short as I want and without cutting the inside of my nose. This really is a very ingenious device and very well made. The lifetime warranty is a great plus mainly because I think that it shows that the company is willing to stand behind their product unlike a lot of companys and products that are on the market today.
Kudos to PHR Systems and the Platinum XL nose hair trimmer. 5 Stars all the way!!!
