Rating: - Why?This thing sounded great in the box and it has a great grip and battery life. However when you are shaving anywhere on your body the removable head just falls off and hits the floor. Ever since I bought it it seems as soon as it warms up the head pops off. Other wise smooth and close. I still use it but find it very frustrating and go back to my razor half-way through. In short great concept and styling but it functionally sucks. Rating: - is it possible to replace the battery in this?is it possible to replace the battery in this? i would hate to have to dispose of it after the battery no longer holds a charge. Rating: - Dream Come true!!I wanted to buy this item from a long long time and finally after landing in the USA, I ordered for one. I am a guy who hates hair in those nooks and corners and have tried a variety of ways to get rid of them. Philips Norelco Body groomer was a god send to me!!! Its so easy to maneuver and very effective especially on soft skin. And boy was I able to take care of those specimens which were beyond reach!!! The blades are good enough and after 1 or 2 times of usage, your skin will get adjusted to the groomer and well, the result is clear skin!! I would recommend this product 100% to anyone out there who wants to take care of their body hair and would like to enjoy a cleaner feeling. Its a must ... Read More Rating: - AmazingThis is the best shaver for body grooming period.Just go slow especially the first time around and be amazed. No nicks so far and I have used this in the nether regions of my body. 5 stars!!!! Rating: - Not Bad....Not GreatI read several of the reviews and I think this works better for two types of people. People with fine hair and people who have shaved all the way and are maintaining. This is not a good tool for ungroomed groin areas and that is the only reason I bought it. If you have already done the hard work, maintaining with a razor isn't that hard. For all of the hassle of keeping it in the shower and trying to avoid one of the side trimmers from taking out some skin (which it did first time), I'll put it in a nut shell. The only reason this is still being used is I paid thirty six dollars for it and trying to get my money's worth. |
Nick Bradbury just had a tumor removed from his head. Glad to hear he's doing well:
The fact that I'm able to type this blog entry less than a week after the operation has me hopeful that recovery will be quicker than I was led to believe, but it will still be a few weeks before I'm able to really tackle any serious work.
