These bars help me stay very good looking. 20g decent quality protein, 20g sugar tho. either way the taste is tops. vanilla almond is a little too sweet for me, but the peanut butter and chocolate are both awe to the some. like most bars, they have a low meliting point so never leave these in your car or anything remotely warm you will not get as good looking as me purely by eating cliff bars.. It was more like a chalky, powdered whey flavor with a layer of goo on top. The worst bar I have ever had. I've tried and enjoyed many bars, even the less palate-friendly high-protein ones.
