They're great because they're so portable and take the edge off my hunger for almost three hours. I'm one of those people who eats many little meals through the day and these bars get me until my mid-morning oatmeal break. I also take these with me when I go away for the weekend to have something little if I won't be able to get to a restaurant for a while. Snacking on one of these prevents me from getting "the shakes" from drops in my blood sugar.
