Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - It Works
It worked for me since the first day I started to use it, I was getting 30 ml everytime, but with fenugreek increased about 20 to 40 ml more, wasnt a LOT of milk, but i can say it worked. I added a tea (Mother's milk) and now my milk supply is even bigger, so i guess, pills plus tea works even better than only fenugreek pills, good luck

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Mothers: Helps milk production
I first tried fenugreek tea, but even my husband who loves tea said it was nasty. My OB told me this would slighly help my milk production and she was right. I wouldn't say a LOT, but probably added an extra feeding or so (4-ish oz) to my day. I took 2 capsules 3x a day. The side effect that we heard about (and laughed about) was totally true. You WILL smell like maple syrup. It's really odd and funny. I made all my friends smell me.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Ask yor doctor about possible side effects
Use with caution. When my baby was 5 weeks old I noticed that my milk supply was decreasing. I was taking 2 pills 3 times a day for about a week when I started felling really sick. I head strong headaches, I was weak and I had problem with breathing. My baby had a cough and was spitting up milk. She could not swallow, the mucus in her mouth was very thick. I learned from my doctor that fenugreek has very dangerous side effects: it can cause asthma; reduces blood glucose levels which means it is not right for diabetics; promotes menstrual flow and can make yor menstrual cycles abnormal. I spent money on pills, teas, drops and my milk supply did not increase at all. I can breastfeed my baby only once a day now. I am happy with what I can give her although I see clearly that she hates formula. I give only one star because the manufacturer does not warn about side effects the product can have on mother and her child. I bet they know the pills are used mostly for the purpose of increasing breastmilk supply, yet they do not care about us.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Works great!
I highly recommend this for anyone having problems with milk supply. It takes about 2 weeks to start working.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - This kept me going!
I had to decrease my baby's feedings when I had to return to work 8 weeks postpartum. Eventually, my hectic schedule and numerous illnesses made me stop. My son is now 3 months and I have been feeling incredibly guilty about stopping, so I'm attempting to relactate. I only had about 2 drops of milk from each side, but after almost a week of Fenugreek (9 pills a day), I'm noticing more droplets and an occasional squirt. I find that incredibly impressive. Without this, and my pump, I would have given up and felt guilty for the rest of my life.

For pure Java language innovation, take a look at Da Vinci Machine Sub-Projects.

I'm not sure why this article was written, as there appears to be nothing particularly newsworthy in it: The News.com reporter Marguerite Reardon has covered muni-Fi for as long as I have, and after reading this in-depth piece, I'm left wondering whether it was assigned far too early, and she was meeting an editorial desk requirement instead of feeling like the story was ready to "print." The article looks at Network Acquisition Corp. (NAC), the allegedly interim name for the group that's taken over Phila-Fi.

One source at the Knight Center for Digital Excellence notes, "The new network owners are supposed to have a much more sustainable business model." Supposed to. Later, "Network Acquisition Company, which acquired the network, hasn't talked publicly about the details of its new plan, but it has hinted that its strategy will differ from EarthLink's." Hasn't talked publicly. Then, "[NAC and Tropos] spokespeople said the companies would talk more about the network later this month when details of the new business plan are ready." Huh.

Reardon explains digital divide issues and looks into what Wireless Philadelphia has been up to, although doesn't note that delays in EarthLink's deployment and other factors have led to just a few hundred individuals that have been assisted by the non-profit; numbers may have changed, but that was as of a few months ago. Still, Wireless Philadelphia has apparently diversified its funding sources--Reardon cites 30 now.

I think we're still coming off the doldrums of August.
