Great Product
I bought this as my first set of detox foot pads. I tried 2 other brands but the first had almost nothing in it, and the second, took 10-11 hours to work. I LOVE using these when I detox. It keeps me from feeling sick, as long as I am wearing them. I recommend these to my friends and they all are happy with the results.

Works Wonders!
The BodyRelief Detox Foot Pads worked just as advertised. I had ordered from Body Relief and received my product within a few days. The packaging was simple but effective and, as I found out, the company is doing it's part to help the environment by saving paper. They give a brief explanation in their packaging and, I for one, appreciate it. All the items required are delivered and they are simple to use. Within the first use I noticed the toxins on the pad and the pains in my neck had started to dissipate. I truly recommend this product to anyone interested in ridding themselves of toxins in their system.

They work for me!
I have used these particular foot detox pads for over a year now (on and off). I get swelling in my feet, numbness and stiffness in my feet which I experience when I wake up in the a.m. When I use these at night, I do not have the numbness, stiffness and swelling. When I haven't used them for awhile, I can tell the difference, so I just purchased a few more boxes (Amazon has a very good price). I suppose one could spend $1,500 or more on those foot detox baths, but it's far less hastle and expense to do this. I can really say I notice the difference when I use them.

Use for Cracked Heels
I have used BodyRelief off and on for many years (at least 3) and have found them to be helpful for many things.
One of the most surprising things is that they healed my cracked bleeding heels. I am a sandal wearer (year round) and in my dry climate my heals crack, bleed and are very painful. I have been to the podiatrist many times regarding this problem and their answer is to wear shoes and socks, and use $90. cream (which did not work). I found that applying BodyRelief footpads on my heels before bed regularly healed my heels. It sounds crazy but nothing else worked and I have been crack-free for sometime now.
This is like a miracle, each step was painful now I am pain free.

Excellent Product!
I've tried a number of these kinds of products and this one is the best so far. I really feel a difference when using these. They are of exceptionally high quality, larger than most others, heavier(which means that the patches have more contents) and good quality. The adhesive is good too. So often the adhesives are too sticky or not sticky enough. These work perfectly. I read that if the product gets hard after use, then it is just a cheap product mostly made of starch. This one stays soft and pliable. I put one on my daughter's feet when she was sick recently and her fever came down very quickly and my housekeeper put one on a wasp bite and by the next day she forgot she even had it. I used them on myself for swollen ankles and it helped a lot. I plan on keeping these around to use for all kinds of things. They are worth a try for lots of different things.
