I am a marathon runner, and this is hands down the best cure for sore muscles after running!! It also works wonders when I have really bad sinus headaches. I find the scent pleasant, and it's not too "gooey", as I have found other products to be. I would give this stuff 6 stars if I could!!

When my wife brought home some samples of Biofreeze, I poo-pooed it. After all it smelled like Ben-Gay to me. Boy, was I wrong. It is not only good for pain relief for my wife's arthritis, but also for my periodic aches and pains, usually caused by doing 20-something activities with a 60-something body.
