What was the promo?
When I came across this purchase, I thought it may had been a mistake. I searched high and low to find out what the promo was prior to placing an order.
There was no documentation anywhere explaining what the promo was, nor has Avon communicated what the promo was intended to be. Can someone ... Amazon ... Avon ... customers ... explain what the promo was?

Avon plays by their own rules. Your order might get shipped, it might not!! Its sellers like this that give Amazon a bad name

It Was an AMAZON PRICE MISTAKE
WOW so many people who feel Avon was out of line to not send them FREE PRODUCT.
So you give a bad review for a good product not based on you ever using this product but because you tried to rip Avon off and they were able to catch some of the orders and not send them you think they are in the wrong??
WOW no wonder such things are wrong out there today.
So you tried to slip in an order that you KNEW was a mistake. THE OFFER WAS BUY ONE GET ONE HALF OFF. Supposed to be TWO FOR $12 and OBVIOUSLY YOU ALL KNEW THIS or why else did you order 4 or more... when you tried for 2 it did it right .. the $12
or when you did 5 it would charge correctly
so someone figured out as long as you did orders with even numbers it would bring the total to zero
everyone KNEW this was a mistake. GET OVER YOURSELVES!!
This is a great product that we have used for years. Works great and easy on the skin.
Avon is a good company and Amazon service can not be beat you all know it why else do you try to constantly try to get the price mistakes in and cheat them.
Keep it up and they will change some of their policies because of people trying to get things for FREE and when they don't get it they demand some kind of compensation .
You all knew it based on where you found the "deal" you KNEW it was a chance they would catch the mistake you are just mad that your orders got passed over and some snuck through either before they figured out the glitch or before Avon ran out.
WOW so amazing how much so many on here feel they were "wronged" no wonder so many young kids out there these days act this way.

When is the last time you were at Target or your local grocery store and something was marked wrong you got it for that??
Price mistakes happen it is just that online is easier to take advantage of them than a brick/mortor store.
WE ARE NOT ENTITLED TO GET THIS PRODUCT FOR FREE.
WAS NOT THE INTENT OF THE PROMO. WAS A GLITCH AT AMAZON AND ALL BARGAIN HUNTERS KNEW IT.

Avon cancelled 4 days after confirmation
Avon had a promotion for this product at no charge. I placed and order, received confirmation. Then, after 4 days, I received a cancellation without an explanation. Don't waste your time ordering from Avon. This is not the first time I've had trouble with Avon. I ordered from their website, was told me items shipped, was then told my credit card was declined. I called them and was told the payment was not declined but processed and the order would ship in a day or so. Then I got another email saying payment declined. I called my credit card company and they said Avon NEVER TRIED TO PROCESS PAYMENT! All I've gotten from Avon is multiple stories and never a shipment. Buyer beware.

Fantastic item.
It is a Pity folks around here that did not get in on the deal are taking their frustrations out here! ,This is a great product at a great price!.
